Help to detect who is calling from the unknown phone numbers.

I receive a lot of suspicious calls daily from unknown numbers. I tried to find these numbers online but I can't find who uses them. It seems to me that these numbers are used by several services to spam people. I have found some apps at https://celltrackingapps.com/suspicious-phone-lookup/ and wonder if somebody has used them already and if they are workable. I'll be very glad.
 
Tried Truecaller, but it doesn’t help much with burner numbers. What I do now is avoid giving my real number at all. For example, last month I needed to register on a Japanese forum that required SMS. Went to 7sim.net, picked a Tokyo number from the list — it was live, and I got the code in the browser within 90 seconds. Numbers there are refreshed daily, so they’re not blacklisted. Did the same for a second service later with the same number. No app, no payment, just open and use.
