The best thing to write about this event is that it is over and we can move on.

As a positive, the casuals on my twitter feed seemed very pleased with the fight. So we have that...some good vibes for the sport.

But now we can move on. In two weeks, we have an excellent card scheduled on HBO featuring three fights in the 115 pound weight class. The small guys get some exposure finally. These are three fights that are guaranteed to deliver. We will see skill and action. What is best about the sport. And old school throwback boxing after dark card. Honestly, I am more excited about this than what will be happening the following week. It is a good time to be a boxing fan.

Also, after the weekend I am in the mood to go see some real club fights. Fighters who want it. I am going to try and hunt down a card to make a road trip to attend this Labor Day weekend (well as long as I can sell the wife on it).
