THOUGHTS:

*Undisputed junior-welterweight champ Terence Crawford is the best Fighter in Boxing (TBFIB).....the debate starts with who's 2nd best?

*I'm not on board with Golovkin & Canelo in the Top-5

*I'm fine with Joshua being in the Top-10

*Mikey Garcia not among top-10?....but Thurman, Spence & Santa Cruz are? ..... Garcia is a better fundamental fighter and technician than all three and definitely has compiled a better body of work than Spence & Santa Cruz.... .

I didn't get to contribute to their initial list but I agree with it generally, especially #1 SOG

Mikey just outside the top ten. Inactivity and limited competition recently.

AB? Don't make me LOL

I know I will take some heat for this (I already did on twitter) but I still have Golovkin at 1.

My reasoning...I had him there to start the year and his one win against Jacobs was solid. A lot of factors in that fight, including the facts that Jacobs is a very good fighter and was huge, lead me to believe the performance of GGG was much better than most give credit.

GGG fights in September of course and with that I will then compare to recent performances of Crawford, Lomachenko and Ward. Then I would shake things up as appropriate.

Crawford is clear cut 2, Lomachenko 3, Ward 4, Mikey is 5, Gonzalez 6, Thurman 7, Usyk 8, Santa Cruz 9, and 10 tie between Spence and Inoue.

Not trying to make anybody laugh. Broner barely landed a punch on Garcia.....but when Lomachenko does that against an onion you guys go crazy. Mikey Garcia is one of the top fighters in boxing, but his nuanced style leads him to be overlooked because he's not eye candy.....I get it.

I have Guillermo Rigondeaux on my list, I base it on skill package and he is by far the most technical fighter on the planet. The inactivity may be a problem, but in Garcia's case he has fought 3x already, at a high level, won a world titleand went to a new weight class and won. He has done enough IMO.

Any list with Kovalev on it still is not credible IMO.. Good topic.

You wanna see people get their panties wadded? I'd consider Cecilia Braekhus for this list rather than some of the lesser skilled guys on there.
